- If you have a Common Access Card (CAC), you can use it to log into the Portal.
- If you do not have a CAC, create a Level 1 DS Logon account. (Click here) which takes you to the Help Center. Under the REGISTRATION tab, click on question #2 (I am a veteran) and follow the instructions.
- Once you have a Level 1, you need to request a Level 2 DS Logon account.
- (Click here) to go to the Help Center, click on the tab DS LOGON ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT. Then click on the second question "How do I upgrade to Premium (Level 2)"
- You log in using your Army Knowledge Online (AKO) user name and password. If you are having difficulties logging in, it is reccomended that you establish a DS Logon account and use that instead.
