SMS WEB access is granted by YOUR organization. 

HRC Users – Contact your IMO

Outside of HRC – Contact your MPOC

Using the SMS WEB ACCESS POC LIST, determine your organization’s POC. 

You may send an email by clicking the envelope icon located to the right of the appropriate POC’s name.
 

**If your organization is not represented in the POC list, send an email to usarmy.knox.hrc.mbx.sms-accounts@army.mil. The team will assist you in identifying or creating a Master Point of Contact for your organization.

Soldier Management Services - Web Portal (SMS WEB)

Soldier Management Services - WEB Portal (SMS WEB) is a web-based collection of data, applications, and tools to assist Career Managers and Human Resource Personnel in supporting Active Army, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard Soldiers, veterans, retirees, family members, and other stakeholders.

Access to SMS WEB is provisioned by the Human Resources Command (HRC) via Directorate Information Management Officers (IMO) and designated Master Points of Contact (MPOC), located outside of HRC. 

To login, click the "Use your CAC" or “Use your DS Logon” link located in the upper left and follow the prompts.

**If you are unable to log in, verify that you have an active SMS WEB account by contacting your IMO or MPOC.  

Accounts not accessed within 35 consecutive days will deactivate automatically. Access must be restored by your IMO or MPOC. 

For all other IT issues, please contact the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) for assistance. You may use the following methods to contact them:

Option 2: Via the web, by visiting https://www.aesmp.army.mil/

Provide the following information with your request:

  • Name
  • User's Official Email (Or AMID ID)
  • DOD ID
  • Unit Information
  • Telephone Number
  • Explanation of the problem
